Simon Coates Photography Ltd is a family-run photographic business based in Rugby, Warwickshire. We pride ourselves in providing the best service possible when it comes to Event Photography. All of our team are highly trained, highly motivated and always polite.

What is Event Photography?

In everyones’ life there are “key moments.” Whether it is the winning of a trophy at a soccer tournament, being first to the chequered flag on the kart track, performing the perfect dressage test or going to your school leavers prom. No matter what type of event you are organising, adding a professional event photographer to the day will help make it all the more memorable for your attendees. When we are booked to cover an event we arrive with state of the art equipment which allows us to capture all of the action and print it out for your guests to take home in a matter of seconds.

By using the very latest in wireless technology we can literally beam the images straight from the camera to our viewing stations so that the photos are viewable as soon as your guests arrive at the screens. After the event, the pictures will be uploaded into our online gallery, which can be password protected if required, from where your guests can further browse their pictures.

For indoor events we can setup a mobile studio which enables us to produce studio-quality portraits live at your venue. We use the best dye-sublimation printers on the market to ensure that your guests leave with instantly-dry, waterproof, superb quality prints. The photographs with which your guests will walk away will be as good as any studio and will be a proud reminder of your event.

If you require we can even brand each print with a custom border with your event name, or perhaps the logo of your main sponsor – adding value to your important sponsors.

Not all Event Photographers are Equal

When booking an event photographer, make sure you know what you are getting! We carry full insurance, all of our staff are highly trained and all of our equipment is PAT tested annually. Some event photographers are part time maybe even hobbyists. We are a professional company specialising in ensuring that you get the best possible photos at your event.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in rural Warwickshire which gives us great access to the motorway network. We can cover events in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire at very short notice. We also travel nationwide.
