What resulted was a largely incident-free day of close racing. Don’t forget that the next race weekend is on the 26th May and NOT the first weekend of June!

Thankfully, the downpour coincided with a change of class, so most people were able to find shelter.

Congratulations to all of those that avoided the worst of the weather and managed to  qualify for Trailblazers later in the year.

At the show, we will be offering two sizes of print that can be taken away with you. Our small print is 9×6″ and our large prints are 12×8″. The large prints can also be bought as a montage, featuring several different images. New for this season, we are pleased to say that we can now produce high-quality block mounts on site, as well as a handy spiral bound notepad. It goes without saying we also offer gifts such as mouse mats, coasters, fridge magnets and key rings, all of which can be taken away with you on the day.

There couldn’t have been a greater difference between rounds one and two at Rissington Kart Club this year. The first round in March was abandoned due to the awful weather and so it was with great trepidation that we ventured back to the circuit in April. Of course, we need not have worried – no sign of April showers – just glorious sunshine.

There was some great racing on show and we were there to photograph all of the action as always. We also shot some HD Video, which we hope to use in one of our YouTube videos in the next couple of days.

Here’s hoping we have similar weather when were back at the Gloucestershire circuit in May.

This weekend sees us return to Rissington Kart club, where we’ll be photographing all of the on-track action at the second round of the 2012 club championships. The weather at the opening round in March was just awful and caused the racing to be abandoned. Here’s hoping that this month’s meeting will be better. Not wishing to put a jinx on things, but according to the MetCheck website we can expect a sunny day, with no rain at all. There’s not even going to be any wind, which is something I find hard to believe!
