Last night we had the pleasure of photographing the Sherrard Lodge Ladies Festival, held at the beautiful Crowne Plaza Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon. It was a fantastic evening filled with elegance, laughter, and a real sense of celebration—exactly the kind of event we love to capture.
For this special occasion, we brought along our fully equipped mobile studio, giving guests the opportunity to step in for a professional portrait experience without leaving the venue. The studio setup allowed us to create clean, flattering images with consistent lighting—perfect for couples, groups of friends, and those all-important keepsake shots from the evening.
One of the highlights of the night was our on-site printing service. Guests were able to walk away with high-quality prints just moments after their photos were taken. There’s something special about holding a physical photograph before the night is even over—it adds an extra layer of excitement and makes the experience even more memorable.
The atmosphere throughout the evening was fantastic, with everyone dressed to impress and clearly enjoying themselves. It was wonderful to see so many smiles in front of the camera, and we’re grateful to have been part of such a well-organised and enjoyable event.
