What a fantastic autumn day for British Dressage at Weston Lawns Equestrian Centre!
We were back at Weston Lawns today photographing the latest British Dressage competition, and the weather could hardly have been better. Despite being firmly into autumn, we were treated to a beautifully warm day with glorious sunshine – perfect conditions for both competitors and photographers.
British Dressage Photography at Weston Lawns
Throughout the day we were photographing riders and horses in action, capturing everything from the carefully executed movements of each dressage test to those quieter moments between competitors.
The autumn sunshine certainly helped, giving us some lovely light and providing a welcome contrast to some of the greyer days we often expect at this time of year.
The Big Yellow Bus Was Open for Business
As usual, the Simon Coates Photography Big Yellow Bus was at Weston Lawns and open throughout the event.
Competitors were able to come aboard after their tests, find their photographs on our viewing screens and order their favourites straight away.
We were also offering our usual onsite photographic printing service, allowing riders to take professionally printed photographs home with them before leaving the showground.
