Last night we swapped arenas, riding boots and muddy showgrounds for something a little more glamorous as we photographed the British Show Jumping Annual Awards at the St. John’s Hotel in Solihull.
Our mobile photographic studio was set up in the foyer throughout the evening, giving guests the chance to have portraits taken while everyone was dressed for the occasion. We were also in the main function room photographing all of the presentations and capturing the winners as they collected their awards.
One of the best parts of the evening was seeing so many of our regular customers away from the showground. We spend a lot of the year photographing them in riding gear, so there were definitely a few moments when we had to look twice. They scrub up remarkably well!
It was a great evening celebrating the achievements of riders, owners, teams and everyone involved in British Show Jumping.
