The Summer Spectacular BS Showjumping is underway at Weston Lawns Equestrian Centre, and day one certainly provided a little bit of everything when it came to the weather!
Competitors and spectators were treated to spells of sunshine throughout the day, but there was also the occasional drizzle to keep everyone guessing. The biggest challenge, however, was the wind, which made its presence felt around the showground for much of the day. Despite the mixed conditions, there was plenty of fantastic jumping on display and it was great to see so many combinations performing well in the ring.
As always, all photographs from the show are uploaded each evening, allowing competitors to browse and purchase their images as quickly as possible. For those who simply can't wait until they get home, we're also available throughout the event on the big yellow bus parked beside the collecting ring, where images can be viewed shortly after competitors have jumped.
